Refunds & Cancellations

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This page gathers what our Terms of Service say about refunds, returns and cancellations. The Terms are the agreement between you and Wantone; if this page and the Terms ever differ, the Terms apply.

Who handles your return

  • The seller. Most things on Wantone are sold by the store whose shop you are in, or by another seller whose products that store carries, not by Wantone. The checkout names the seller of each order, and the store handles returns.
  • Sometimes Wantone is the seller. Where Wantone sells a product itself, the order says so, and Wantone handles that order, its returns and its customer service.

Returns and refunds

  • Returns and refunds follow each store's own return policy. Where a store has set its return policy, the checkout shows it. Ask the store, or contact us and we'll pass it on.
  • Refunds go back to the way you paid, from the seller's account.
  • Gifts. If you're refunded for an order you paid partly with a gift, the gift part goes back to that gift and keeps its original expiry date. If the gift has already expired, the returned part expires with it.
  • Your legal rights as a consumer, where you live, aren't affected.

Cancellations

  • An order isn't confirmed until the payment goes through. If you leave a checkout without paying, nothing is charged.
  • Your bank or the payment provider may check or refuse a payment.
  • We can refuse an order or cancel a gift if we think the rules in our Terms were broken.
