Wantone Terms of Service

Last updated: October 10, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and MinuteWork AI, Inc. ("Wantone", "we", "us"), which operates Wantone from Woodland Hills, California, United States. They cover the Wantone website and shop at wantone.now and app.wantone.now, and everything you do there. By signing in or buying, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Wantone.

The Privacy Policy explains what we do with your personal data. It is part of these terms.

1. What Wantone is

Wantone is a shopping platform. You watch short videos from creators about products sold by local stores, and you can buy those products in the same place.

Wantone is in an early pilot. The service, the stores on it and the countries it covers can change, pause or stop, and it may have bugs. We'll do our best to keep it running and to tell you if something affects an order you've paid for.

2. Who sells to you

Most things on Wantone are sold by the store whose shop you are in, or by another seller whose products that store carries, not by Wantone. The checkout names the seller of each order.

  • The seller is named at checkout: each order says who ships it. Where a store sends order emails, your order confirmation email says who ships your order (the seller, or Wantone when we buy it for you).
  • The store sets its prices, ships the order, handles returns and answers questions about the product. Your contract to buy a product is with that seller.
  • One checkout can hold items from several sellers. Each seller's items are a separate order with a separate payment and confirmation.
  • Sometimes Wantone is the seller. Where Wantone sells a product itself (for example, a product we ship for a supplier), the order says so, and Wantone handles that order, its returns and its customer service.

We aren't the seller of a store's products, and we don't check or guarantee them. Photos, descriptions, sizes and ratings come from the store, its suppliers or other sources, and may be wrong or out of date.

3. Your account

  • You sign in with your phone number. We text you a code. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
  • Keep your phone and codes to yourself. What happens on your account is your responsibility, so tell us at once if someone else has got in.
  • Give true details for orders: your name, delivery address and an email address you can read. That's where your receipt goes.
  • One account per person. Don't create accounts to get gifts or offers more than once.

4. Prices, tax and payment

  • Prices and currency are shown at checkout and depend on the store's market. Today that's US dollars for US shops and Indian rupees for Indian shops.
  • Tax. Where sales tax or GST applies, it's worked out at checkout. In India, prices include GST. If you have a GSTIN and want a GST invoice, you can give it at checkout, and it's kept on that order (see the Privacy Policy).
  • Payment goes to the seller. Payments are handled by Stripe (US) and Cashfree (India), into the seller's own account with them. You pay on the provider's own secure page. Your card or UPI details go to the provider and never to Wantone, which keeps no card number.
  • Wantone doesn't hold a store's money, and doesn't charge you a fee on top of the price shown.
  • Your bank or the provider may check or refuse a payment. An order isn't confirmed until the payment goes through.

5. Delivery and returns

  • Delivery is the seller's. Delivery times and where a seller ships are shown on the product or at checkout.
  • Returns and refunds follow each store's own return policy. Ask the store, or contact us and we'll pass it on.
  • Refunds go back to the way you paid, from the seller's account.
  • Your legal rights as a consumer, where you live, aren't affected by anything in these terms.

6. Welcome gifts and other credit

A "gift" is free promotional credit that Wantone or a store gives you. It's a marketing offer, not money.

  • It's free, never sold, and has no cash value. It can't be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred or combined with someone else's.
  • Where you can spend it. A gift is for one store's shop on Wantone, and pays only for products that store sells. It can't be spent in other stores, or on other sellers' products.
  • One per person. Each person gets one welcome gift from a store. Signing up again, using other phone numbers or other tricks doesn't get you another, and we can cancel a gift or order that broke this rule.
  • It expires. Each gift shows its expiry date, set by the store. An expired gift can't be used.
  • What it pays for. A store's gift can have a minimum order, and covers products only unless the store chooses otherwise. It never pays sales tax added on top of the price. When a gift covers products only, if what's left would be less than the smallest card payment we can take, your card pays just that smallest amount, and the rest stays on your gift.
  • Refunds. If you're refunded for an order you paid partly with a gift, the gift part goes back to that gift and keeps its original expiry date. If the gift has already expired, the returned part expires with it. Where a store sends order emails, your refund email says what went back to your card and, if you paid with a gift, what went back to the gift.
  • Referral rewards, where a store offers them, follow the terms shown with the offer.

7. Invitations and email

  • A store, or Wantone, can give you a personal invitation to a store's shop, with a code and a welcome gift. A store may use contact details from its own customer list to do it. You can ignore an invitation, and the Privacy Policy says how long we keep it.
  • Order emails and sign-in codes are part of the service. You'll get sign-in codes when you sign in, and order emails when you buy from a store that sends them. Until a store sends its own, your receipt may come from the payment provider.
  • Marketing email is opt-in only. We only send it if you asked. Every message has a one-click unsubscribe link, and we send at most 3 marketing emails to you in any 7 days.

8. Videos and content

  • Videos are made by creators and shown with credit to their source (for example YouTube, TikTok or Instagram). They belong to their creators. They are opinions and marketing, not advice, and not a promise about a product.
  • "Earns from sales". A clip marked "earns from sales" belongs to a creator who has claimed their profile and earns a commission from that store when you buy through it. The store pays the commission, and Wantone moves no money for it.
  • If you're a creator who claims your profile, you earn a commission, set by the store, when a sale credited to your clip is paid, and it's reversed if the order is refunded. There's no credit when the buyer is your own account. The store pays you by hand from a monthly statement we prepare. Wantone moves no money, holds no payment details, and doesn't promise any amount of sales or earnings.
  • If you're a creator or rights holder and want a video taken down or changed, email us at support@wantone.now and we'll act promptly.
  • Don't copy, scrape or resell Wantone's content or data, or use it for anything other than shopping on Wantone for yourself.

9. Using Wantone properly

Don't:

  • break the law, or use Wantone to defraud anyone;
  • use a stolen card, or someone else's identity or phone;
  • try to get around limits, gift rules or security, or overload the service;
  • reverse-engineer it, or use bots or automated tools without our written OK;
  • send us anything harmful, false or unlawful.

We can refuse an order, cancel a gift, or suspend or close an account if we think these rules were broken. If we close your account for something we got wrong, we'll fix it.

10. What we promise, and what we don't

  • Wantone is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise it will always work or be error-free, or that a store will always be open or in stock.
  • We aren't responsible for a store's products, delivery, returns or promises. That's between you and the seller (except where Wantone is the seller).
  • Our liability to you is limited. To the fullest extent the law allows, Wantone isn't liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and for anything else our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us on the order it relates to, or US$100, whichever is more.
  • Nothing here limits liability that the law says can't be limited, such as for fraud or death or injury caused by negligence, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

11. Changes, ending, and the rest

  • We may change these terms. We'll post the new version with a new date, and email you about big changes if we have your email. Using Wantone after that means you accept them.
  • You can stop any time, and ask us to delete your account. We delete your account's personal data. Records of your purchases and gifts stay for the stores' and our accounts, without your contact details, as the Privacy Policy says. Copies held by payment providers and stores are theirs. Terms that need to survive (payments already made, liability, disputes) do.
  • If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes go to the courts there. If you're a consumer, you keep the protections and the right to use the courts of the place where you live, where the law gives you those and they can't be waived.
  • Stores have a separate agreement with us, which isn't part of these terms.
